AI Employees
Hire for the jobs you were never going to hire for.
A small business needs a receptionist, a social media manager, someone doing SEO and someone chasing invoices. Nobody can afford four people for that — so the work simply doesn't get done, or it lands on you at 9pm.
AI employees close that gap. Each one has a role, a goal and a workday: it answers, drafts, posts, follows up and reports, then waits for your approval where it matters. I use them in my own business, and I help clients choose and set up the right one first.
You get the partner discount on any plan. The signup links are my partner links, so I earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Meet the team
Seven roles, each with a name and a remit. You start with the one that matches your biggest gap, then add more as the first one proves itself.

Eva
Executive Assistant
Clears the inbox, drafts replies in your voice, chases what needs chasing and turns meetings into notes with owners and actions.

Sonny
Social Media Manager
Plans the month, writes the posts, schedules them across your channels and keeps a consistent presence without you thinking about it.

Stan
Lead Generation
Finds businesses that match your ideal client, researches them, and opens the conversation so the pipeline is never empty.

Penny
SEO Expert
Researches what your buyers actually search for, drafts pages around those terms and tracks how they rank over time.

Rachel
Receptionist
Answers calls and messages, books appointments and captures every enquiry, including the ones that arrive after hours.

Linda
Legal Assistant
Reviews and drafts routine paperwork and contract admin, flagging anything that needs a person to decide.

Walter
Website Builder
Builds and updates pages, landing pages and small sites without waiting on a developer or a design queue.

All seven from one subscription
You add the roles you need as you go, rather than hiring one person who can't do all of it.
What actually changes
It shows up every day
Most marketing and follow-up stops when things get busy, which is exactly when you need it most. An AI employee works the same on a quiet Tuesday and a chaotic Friday.
It owns an outcome
Not a tool you have to remember to open. You set the goal — more bookings, a fuller calendar, more reviews — and the work is aimed at that goal daily.
It gets better with use
The longer it works in your business, the more it knows about your services, your tone and the questions customers keep asking.
How I'd set it up
- 01
Pick one job
Start with the biggest leak: unanswered enquiries, inconsistent posting, no follow-up, or admin that eats a day a week.
- 02
Give it context
Your services, pricing rules, tone and the systems it should touch — inbox, calendar, socials, CRM or website.
- 03
Set the guardrails
What it can send on its own, what needs your approval before it goes out, and what it must never touch.
- 04
Review, then hand over
Two weeks of daily review while it learns, then written documentation and a short session so your team owns it.
Best fit
- Trades and home services, where enquiries arrive while you are on the tools
- Professional services and consultancies, where follow-up wins the work
- Agencies and studios that sell marketing but never get to their own
- Retail and e-commerce businesses that need content and support at volume
My services
Don't want to set it up yourself? I'll set it up and run it.
Anyone can buy the software. The part that decides whether it works is the setup: which role to start with, how it's wired into your systems, and what it's allowed to send without you. That's the work I do directly, and I can stay on to run it.
Set up
Choose the right AI employee, connect your inbox, calendar, socials, website and CRM, and load your services, pricing rules and tone so it sounds like you.
Run it
Ongoing oversight: I review what it drafts, tighten the prompts monthly, keep the queue moving and report on the outcome you're actually paying for.
Hand it over
Written documentation and a short session so your team owns it — or I stay on as the person who runs it for you.
Scoped after the review. My consulting time is separate from your AI Employee plan.

Questions people ask
Is this your product?+
No. Marblism builds and runs the AI employees. I'm a partner, which means the links on this page give you a discount and pay me a commission at no extra cost to you. If you want help choosing and implementing, that's the consulting work I do directly.
What does it cost?+
Plans are priced per seat and change over time, so check the current pricing when you sign up. The partner program's own maths uses a $50 per month average plan as a planning figure. That plan is paid to Marblism — if you hire me to set it up or run it, my consulting time is separate and scoped after the review.
Do I need you to set it up?+
No. You can start on your own through the link and follow the onboarding. Hiring me is for the part most people skip: deciding which role to start with, connecting your systems and setting guardrails so nothing goes out that you haven't approved.
Who owns the account?+
You do. You sign up under your own business account, so you keep control of the data and can cancel or change plans directly. I only get access if you choose to invite me.
Is this instead of hiring staff?+
It's better thought of as covering the work you were never going to hire for. Nobody hires a full-time social media manager to post twice a week. AI employees make that work viable at small-business scale, while the judgement calls stay with your team.
